Standard PE electrofusion fittings typically have pressure ratings of 10-16 kg/cm². In contrast, our DN110 PPR Electrofusion Coupler easily withstands pressures up to 20 kg/cm² (2.0 MPa) and can even endure extreme tests up to 25 kg/cm² (2.5 MPa). Pressure resistance is the most prominent feature of this product.
This exceptional performance is achieved through two primary means:
- Unique Material Formulation: We employ a specialized compound system that blends PPR grades for both hot and cold water. This formulation leverages the inherent high-temperature resistance and excellent creep resistance of PPR material. By optimizing the ratios, we achieve impact strength and long-term hydrostatic strength far exceeding those of standard PE materials, resulting in a significant improvement in pressure-bearing capacity.
- Reinforced, Thick-Wall Design: As the data shows, this coupler features a wall thickness of 14mm and a fusion zone width of 40mm. This provides ample fusion area and structural integrity, ensuring no deformation or leakage under high pressure.

Its high-temperature and pressure resistance, along with reliable sealing, make it perfectly suited for demanding environments.
